A really cool new city is being built on water near a place called Busan in South Korea. It’s special because it floats—just like a big raft!
Why are they doing this? Well, the sea levels are rising in some parts of the world, and this floating city could help people stay safe from floods. The United Nations (that’s a group of countries that work together to help the world) is helping with the project.
The floating city will be made of several islands that move up and down with the water. It will also make its own electricity using solar panels (like big sun-powered batteries), grow its own food, and clean sea water so people can drink it.
The city might be ready as soon as 2025, and it could help us learn how to build more cities that are good for the planet!
